1. Universal Cancellation Charges:
   • Cancellation charges will apply irrespective of when you request the cancellation, even if the request is made instantly after placing the order.
   • These charges are standard and apply uniformly to all applicants, regardless of status, including VIPs, influencers, or celebrities.
2. Service Fulfillment Disclaimer:
   • www.evisa-uae.org is not responsible if you fail to receive your visa or any other service requested.
   • The acceptance of your application is solely at the discretion of the UAE Embassy. Our responsibility is limited to verifying and submitting your application to the UAE Embassy.
3. Right to Cancel:
   • You may cancel an order within seven (7) working days of receiving email confirmation of your order from www.evisa-uae.org. However, by expressly permitting us to commence processing immediately, you forfeit the right to cancel under this statutory period once the service has begun.
4. Cancellation Fee:
   • A cancellation fee of USD 55 will be charged per application, irrespective of the processing stage or time of cancellation.
5. Application Holds:
   • If an application is held by the applicant for future travel, it may be processed at a later date but cannot be canceled subsequently.
6. Application Rejection:
   • In case of application rejection by the UAE Embassy/Immigration, no refund will be provided. Applicants must reapply directly through the UAE Embassy for a tourist/business visa, which may involve additional charges.
7. Price Changes:
   • If there is a change in the pricing of the requested service after it has been dispatched, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.
8. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are only provided when www.evisa-uae.org is unable to deliver the stated service as per the contract.
9. Traveler Responsibility:
   • Every traveler is responsible for complying with UAE Government requirements. Failure to do so may result in application delays or rejections for which www.evisa-uae.org will not be liable.
10. Immigration Authority Discretion:
    • Visa issuance or application approval does not guarantee entry into the UAE. Entry is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Officer at the airport. In case of visa or entry denial, www.evisa-uae.org is not responsible in any way.
11. Government Processing:
    • The visa assessment is conducted solely by the UAE Government/Immigration Department. www.evisa-uae.org holds no responsibility for delays or rejections arising during the assessment process.
12. Binding Agreement:
    • By accessing and using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
